Photograph of the winners of the Champion Calf Killing by Con Yeager Co., from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1892. The photograph shows nine men standing with two calf carcasses and names the world champion to be Herman Doernberger with a record of butchering a calf in 3 minutes and 12.5 seconds. Standing to the left of Doernberger is Conrad Yeager, the founder of Con Yeager Company, a spice company from Western Pennsylvania which specializes in spices and blends for meat processors. Framed in simple wood frame.
