August Militaria, Autographs, Collectibles & Toys Auction
‘Unser Aller Hitler’, Nibelungen-Verlag, Berlin, 1940, 36 pages, 8.75 x 6 inches. The propaganda book was made to project the ‘real’ Hitler, in comparison to the outside world’s view of him. Propaganda cartoons are compared to photos of Hitler smiling or with children to portray him as a man of the people who never wanted a war. Included in lot is a propaganda postcard of Adolf Hitler with the text, ‘Mine Fuehrer How Did You Enjoy Your Trip to Russia?’ Minor creases on front cover and light dampness stain at top margin. Postcard is postally used with inscription and stamps on verso.
