Scarce German postcard distributed during the Weimar Republic by the right-wing party Deutschnationale Volkspartei (1918-1933), reading ‘We demand a Christian education! Vote German National!’ (Wir fordern christliche Erziehung! Waehlt deutschnational!) with a folksy conservative image on the front. Unused, 5.75 x 4 inches. The German National People’s Party was a national-conservative party, active before the rise of the NSDAP, formed after the end of WWI, and dissolved with Hitler’s appointment to chancellor.
