Confidential propaganda leaflet and mimeographed file record made by the Psychological Warfare Branch of the Allied Expeditionary Force targeted for Japanese concentration in the Philippines during WWII. Titled, ‘Germany Surrenders’ on a crumbling swastika, the leaflet details the defeat of Germany in Europe and encourages Japanese surrender. ‘Already, while your German ally made us fight you with one hand tied behind our backs, you have seen the Allied forces drive Japanese planes, ships and troops from 3,000,000 square miles of this Pacific…What power on earth can withstand the combined attack of the rest of the civilized world?
