Official stationary of the United Confederate Veterans 28th Annual Reunion held in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1918. Letterhead has a list of the members of the reunion committee and an illustrated portrait of Brigadier General Stand Watie surrounded by Confederate flags. 8.5 x 11 inches. The UCV was formed in 1889 by ex-soldiers of the Confederate Militia in response to the Union’s veteran group, the Grand Army of the Republic. Lower half of page has minor loss.
