Romanian passport issued in 1920 to a German-born woman, Susanne Friderich-Bendot, living in Pittsburg, USA, to travel with her 8-year old daughter. The passport, written in French, bears a visa good for departure to Romania issued by the Romania Consul in Pittsburgh. The verso is stamped by German customs in Hamburg, the consulate of Belgium in Strasbourg, the Romanian consulate in PAris , and the United States consulate in Nancy, France for re-entry to the United States. A passport picture of Susanne Friderich-Bendot and her daughter is stapled to the upper left corner, the face of the daughter has been removed. 11.5 x 8.75 inches. Folds, with minor splits.
