WWII US Army spotting telescope, part of the M1910A1 Azimuth Instrument. The model label reads ‘Telescope, M1910A1 No.1281 R.L.B W. & L E Gurley, Troy, N.Y. U.S.A .1942’ with a serial number ‘B13543090’. Another number stamped on the scope is ‘D25982’. The eye piece has 15x magnification and focus is fine. Lenses are clear, with yellow filter, gears move. Needle moves along the reticle scale. Some wear to green paint with brass exposed. The front cover protecting the lens is missing (broke of the lever). An additional 10x eyepiece is included, the thread however has a larger diameter, probably requires a different sized adapter. We do not test electric connections or any other functionality aside what is visible to us. Tripod is not included.Measuring circa 25 inches in length, weight is 19+ lbs.
