German WWII command pennant for high ranking personnel to be used on a vehicle. The triangular double-sided pennant bearing white-black-white horizontal bars. The hoist is held up by a 9-inch metal suspension rod with clips on either end. The pennant is 7.5 inches at the hoist and about 12 inches long in the center. No mothing.
