(1889-1956) Austrian officer and German Generaloberst, General der Panzertruppe, commander of various tank armies throughout WWII mostly on the Eastern Front. Recipient of the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves. Signed award list number 27 for the Iron Cross Second Class awarded to three soldiers of the 2.Bruckenbau-Btl.41 on 10. August 1943 deployed in Russia at the Donezfront on behalf of the General command XI. Army Corps, signed by Erhard Raus in blue pencil as General of the Panzertruppe and commanding general. 6 x 8.25 inches, torn files holes and some loss at top. With a b/w photo of Erhard Raus 4 x 5.75 inches.
