Rare Jewish Winteraid Berlin (Juedische Winterhilfe Berlin) shoulder patch, 3.25 inches diameter. White cloth with a light blue Star of David, a pair of shaking hands shaking with the name of the association in gold. The Jewish Winter Aid was an aid organization of Jewish communities and associations that was financed by donations and taxes from Jewish taxpayers in order to be able to provide support to those in need. The Jewish Winter Aid was formed at the end of 1935 after the Winter Aid Organization of the German People had excluded the so-called full Jews from all services.
