SA PRESENTATION MEDAL FOR HITLER YOUTH RIDERS

German SA plaque ‘For service in the pre-military training of German youth [horse] riders’ (Fuer Verdienste um die Wehrhafte Ertuechtigung der Deutschen Reiterjugend). The front shows a horse and underneath the German Reichsadler with a swastika. The reverse shows the inscription and the SA (Sturmabteilung) insignia. Approx. 4.5 inches in diameter. Two threaded holes drilled into the outer edges at a later time.
