Lot of eight (8) unused postcards, consisting of four German WWII propaganda postcards and four Feldpost postcards, approx. 6 x 4 in. One song postcard titled ‘The Wind is whistling in the East’ (Im Osten pfeift der Wind) a song by Herms Niel, with a photo of a Kradmelder, a messenger on motorcyle. Clearly a propaganda song from about 1941 composed for the invasion of the Sowjet Union with anti-Semitic content in the second verse ‘down with the bolsheviks, Jews and the Britt.’ Very good.
