Hans Baur (1897-1993) SS officer and Adolf Hitler’s personal pilot and leader of the Reichsregierung squadron. Offered here is a rare personal relic, Hans Baur’s personal silver pocket watch, a Longines 10 Grand Prix 900 silver Hunting style pocket watch, approx. 50mm in diameter, elaborately engraved with floral designs, Hans Baur’s initials ‘HB’ in a cartouche on the front lid. Also included is a rather unusual object, a miniature leather camel, it is pictured sitting atop a longcase clock in one of the included photographs of Baur’s living room. With a signed photograph of Baur, 5.75 x 4 in.; his business card; two 3.5 x 2.5 b/w photographs of a cockpit; seven color photographs of Baur with friends and his living room; a copies of his personal ID from 1935 and Aryan certificate; a copy of his death card; copy of his passport from 1986; nine greeting and birthday cards from old comrades and friends; two birthday telegrams.
